Read the conversation’s status and cards to decide what needs your attention.
Before you start
Choro shows both a workflow status and live execution activity. Read them together: an In progress workflow can remain after the provider finishes a turn.
The workflow status menu is separate from live provider activity. Here, In progress remains selected even though the displayed Code review has returned a result.
Step by step
Open the conversation and read the latest activity. Working or Reviewing with an elapsed time describes an active provider pass; a spinner or stop control also signals activity.
Use Needs attention in the sidebar to find conversations waiting for a decision or a result you should review. Open the specific question, plan, approval, or error before responding.
Read the final response and supporting cards. Files changed, What to check, verification, and Code review each answer different questions about the result.
Open the workflow status menu when you need to organize the work. Its choices include Backlog, To do, In progress, Done, and Rejected.
Choose a workflow status deliberately after reviewing the outcome. Marking work Done is not a substitute for running checks, committing, or shipping.
For Band, inspect assignment states as well as the lead conversation. One Bandmate finishing does not mean the combined task is integrated or verified.
What to expect
You can distinguish active execution, a decision needing attention, and your own workflow classification.
Troubleshooting and useful details
The screenshot shows an In progress workflow after a code-review result. That combination is possible and does not by itself mean the provider is still running. Inspect the latest activity and decision cards before repeatedly sending Continue. A clean review can coexist with an unchecked manual checklist.
