Start an agent task in an isolated Solo workspace.
Before you begin
Add a Git project and ensure the intended source branch contains the baseline the task needs. Save or commit relevant main-project work through your normal workflow first.
A documentation request is prepared in the Choro demo with Solo enabled before work begins.
Steps
Open New Agent in the intended project and describe a bounded outcome.
Enable Solo beside the branch controls before sending. Review the source branch and any setup options offered by your build.
When setup profiles are available, choose Full setup for prepared environment and dependencies, or Code only when you need just the worktree. Check what your project needs to run.
Check the provider, model, access level, and task limits, then send the request.
Wait for Solo preparation to finish. Confirm the Solo branch strip appears in the conversation before relying on isolation.
Read the result and open Git to inspect the Solo’s own changed files. Keep the task’s review separate from unrelated main-project work.
What to expect
The agent works in its own branch and folder, and its conversation retains the Solo scope.
Troubleshooting
The demo request adds only a navigation-review document. If setup fails, read the preparation error and check the Git repository, source branch, and required dependencies before retrying. A prepared dependency folder does not guarantee that every service can run without additional configuration.
