Start agent work from a doc
Turn a reviewed project document into a linked implementation request.

Turn a reviewed project document into a linked implementation request.
Before you start
Open the document in Docs and check that it describes a concrete outcome. Resolve important ambiguities and make the scope clear before handing it to an agent.
The demo shows an unsent agent draft prepared from a project doc. Review the linked doc and instructions before sending.
Step by step
Choose Implement in the document header. If it already has implementation work, the action may be labeled Reimplement.
Review the new-agent draft. Choro includes the document reference and asks the agent to read it before making changes.
Check the attached document and selected project. Add specific limits or clarification when only part of the document should be implemented.
Choose a provider, model, effort, access level, and working mode. Use Plan when the approach needs review before implementation.
Send the request, then respond to questions or decisions in the agent conversation. The document remains the requirement source for that work.
Compare the result with the document, inspect changed files, and perform the checks that matter for the described behavior. Return to the document to follow its linked implementation.
What to expect
The implementation conversation is linked to the project document. The prepared request gives the agent the document path and asks it to clarify ambiguity rather than making broad assumptions.
Troubleshooting and useful details
The screenshot shows a prepared draft, before sending. Opening Implement does not automatically send the request. If you edit the document after work starts, tell the agent what changed and whether it should revise its plan. Reimplement prepares another implementation flow; inspect existing work before starting overlapping agents.
