Keep a personal project backlog and turn a clear requirement into agent work.
Before you start
Select the project that owns the work and open Tasks. Personal Board is your local task list; external tracker connections appear as separate sources.
The personal-task form asks for a name and description. This example states the intended behavior and the layouts to check before saving.
Step by step
Select Personal Board, then New task. Enter a short outcome-focused Name and a Description that explains the required behavior.
Include enough detail to judge the result. For example, an empty-state task can specify what the user should understand, the action to offer, and the desktop and mobile layouts to check.
Choose Save. The task appears in the board and opens in the main area, where you can review its description.
Use the task header to adjust its status and priority. Keep status aligned with the actual work: creating a task does not mean an agent has started it.
Edit the personal task description directly when requirements change. Changes are saved automatically; give the editor a moment to finish before closing the app.
When the requirement is ready, choose Implement to prepare an agent request. Review the project, configuration, and task details before sending.
What to expect
The task remains associated with its project and can be revisited from Personal Board. Work started from it can be traced back through the linked agent.
Troubleshooting and useful details
If a task appears missing, first check the selected project and source. A task in Personal Board is separate from a ticket in Jira or another external tracker. Keep acceptance criteria in the description instead of relying on a short title. Editing a requirement while an agent is already working may require a direct follow-up to make the new scope clear.
