Refine a design with an agent
Make focused changes to one screen or a consistent change across the design.

On this page
Open Agent in the Studio sidebar. It works on the current design using your existing Codex or Claude access. Selecting a screen or element gives a useful default target; you can still ask for changes across several screens.
Make a clear request
Finish any manual edit you want the Agent to see and check that it is saved.
Name the screen or elements to change, explain the problem, and say what should remain unchanged.
For a shared change, list the affected screens or explicitly ask for the whole design. No scope toggle is needed.
Send the request. Inspect the resulting screens as well as the Agent’s response.
Try relevant interactions and sizes in Prototype, then send a focused follow-up if needed.
Examples
On Overview, make the next review date easier to find. Keep the navigation, content, and palette.
Apply the same table spacing to Projects and Files. Leave Messages unchanged.
Create a mobile version of the dashboard with stacked cards and a compact navigation.
Stopping or retrying
Use Stop to interrupt a running request. Inspect what already saved before retrying or continuing. If manual and agent edits conflict, keep the preserved draft and ask the Agent to reconcile it with the current screen. Changing Studio designs does not automatically update previously implemented application code.
