Keep reusable images and links with the project as Assets.
Before you start
Use references that are relevant to the project and that your agent is permitted to access.
The Add asset dialog saves a named URL with optional folder and notes. Use the notes to explain how this source should guide later agent work.
Step by step
Open Assets in the project’s tool rail. If it is hidden, open Manage and enable Assets.
Choose Add and select the appropriate source: Image, Paste screenshot, Figma or URL, or File.
For a web reference, choose Figma or URL and fill in a descriptive Title and the Source URL. Use Notes to explain why the reference matters.
Choose a folder if appropriate, then Add. Open the resulting asset and check its title, source, and notes.
Use Open to inspect the source or Edit to correct its details. A site may not allow an embedded preview, so a blank embed does not necessarily mean the saved URL is incorrect.
Choose Use in Agent to bring the asset into an agent draft. Add the specific task and explain which aspects of the reference to follow before sending.
What to expect
The reference is available in the project instead of being buried in one conversation.
Troubleshooting and useful details
A saved link does not grant access to a private website. If the agent cannot read it, provide an accessible reference or the relevant content. Keep source files available when an asset points to a local path.
