Narrow a connected task board to the assignee whose work you want to see.
Before you start
Use a configured external task connection with access to its board. Personal Board tasks do not use this external assignee filter.
The external connection’s Show tasks for control sets its assignee scope. The example connection details shown here were not saved.
Step by step
Open Tasks in the intended project and select the external board tab.
Open Task Connections from the settings control and open the connection you want to adjust.
Check the board and connection before changing Show tasks for. Use Load Users to retrieve the available assignees through that connection.
Select the intended user from the loaded list, or choose All to show all assignees available through the board.
Save the connection, return to its board, and refresh if needed. Check that the cards now match the chosen scope.
If a task is missing, confirm its board membership and assignee in the source tracker. Clear the assignee filter to distinguish filtering from a connection problem.
What to expect
The external board displays the intended assignee scope without changing who owns the source issues.
Troubleshooting and useful details
The screenshot uses unsaved example connection details and shows All assignees. Load Users needs valid connection access; a blank or failed user list is not evidence that the board has no tasks. Filtering changes what Choro displays, not the source tracker’s issue assignments.
