Follow each delegated assignment and keep feedback attached to the right work.
Before you start
Open the lead conversation that owns the delegated work. The Band panel is scoped to that lead, so another lead’s assignments appear in its own conversation.
Show full brief reveals the lead’s instructions and expected outcome. This example also shows an assignment that needs attention; read its conversation to understand the blocker.
Step by step
Open the Band composer chip or an assignment card. Use Active and Finished to distinguish current work from completed assignment history.
Select an assignment to open its chat in the side panel. Read the compact brief and use Show full brief when you need the complete instructions and original request.
Check the status and latest activity before deciding whether an assignment needs input. A waiting dependency is different from a failed provider request.
Use the assignment’s conversation for relevant feedback and the lead for changes to the shared outcome or coordination. While a Bandmate is working, feedback can be queued for that assignment. State the correction and expected result clearly—for example, “Include keyboard focus order for the mobile menu in this review.”
Choose All bandmates to return to the assignment list. At narrow widths, Close returns from the main-area panel to the lead.
What to expect
You can inspect one specialist’s context without losing the lead’s overview. Multiple assignments to the same Bandmate remain separate records.
Troubleshooting and useful details
Opening a panel or reading a result does not resume stopped work. Use explicit Resume when you intend to restart it. Check the task title as well as the Bandmate name so feedback goes to the correct assignment. A Needs attention or Needs your input state deserves inspection: the assignment may have encountered a provider or permission error instead of returning the requested report. Read the message and address the actual blocker before resuming. Repeatedly asking for a result does not grant missing access.
