Move a useful Quick Ask discussion into an agent draft you can review before sending.
Before you start
Have a Quick Ask answer or saved conversation ready, and make sure the intended project has been added to Choro. Decide what concrete work should follow from the discussion.
The history handoff opens an unsent draft with the discussion as reference context. Review the project and add the concrete outcome before sending.
Step by step
Read the answer and identify the desired action. Separate the answer’s suggestions from the work you actually want done.
Choose Start agent in Quick Ask or Start Agent in the selected Ask History conversation. If a project choice is offered, select the repository where the work belongs.
Review the prepared new-agent draft. It carries Quick Ask context into the request; the history handoff includes the saved transcript.
Confirm the project below the composer and review the model, effort, and access controls. The new agent configuration can differ from the Quick Ask model.
Add a clear instruction describing the next outcome and its limits. Ask the agent to verify any claims from the earlier answer against the repository before relying on them.
Use Plan when the approach needs discussion, then send the draft when ready. Follow the resulting agent conversation and review its actual changes and checks.
What to expect
The discussion becomes context for a separate agent request. Opening Start agent prepares a draft; it does not automatically submit implementation work.
Troubleshooting and useful details
The screenshot shows the unsent history handoff. Do not treat a pasted answer as evidence that its suggested actions already happened. If no project is available, add one before starting the agent. For a broad discussion, narrow the requested outcome so the agent does not interpret every suggestion as a requirement.
